Lily Collins one of People Magazine’s Most Beautiful 2013
For the second straight year, Lily Collins (Clary) has been named to People‘s Most Beautiful list in Hollywood’s Unconventional Beauties category for “redefining with their very own signature look.”

Like Brooke Shields before her, The Mortal Instruments star has caused a stir with her untamed brows. “Big brows weren’t the look in L.A., where I grew up,” Collins, who is the daughter of musician Phil Collins, told Glamour. “But my mom instilled in me that it’s the quirky things that make you beautiful.”

I totally agree with Lily’s mom on this. Also, I cannot stand the look of over-plucked thin brows.
yay and lily deserves the spot! i really like lily’s eyebrows though tey’re fuller, they’re usually great shaped though they can use some shaping at timess
