Cassandra Clare says movie news should be coming soon

London fans of Cassandra Clare’s international bestselling ‘The Mortal Instruments’ series were treated to a special treat when Clare revealed a casting update.

She said that Lily Collins (Clary) had tested with actors for the role of Simon last week and that she would be testing with actors for the role of Magnus this week.

Clare reiterated such during a Q & A with Waterstones on Tuesday and said that we should be getting some casting news soon.
