Video: Lily Collins talks ‘City of Bones’ training at Glamour Awards
Lily Collins (Clary) caught up with Glamour U.K. following the 2012 Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London on May 29.
Collins, who took home the Pandora Breakthrough Artist Award, talked about her training for ‘The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones,’ which begins filming on August 15 in Toronto.
“I’m in training mode right now to film a new series of films called ‘Mortal Instruments’ with Jamie Campbell Bower,” Collins said. “He’s here tonight. I’m so excited. So we’re both in training mode right now. I’m physically exhausted, but super excited.”

I’m so happy to hear that things are finally rolling with city of bones. and i noticed she said series, Does that mean they’re planning on turning the rest of the series into films? I certainly hope so. I love lily and Jamie. I’m glad they’re committed to their roles and are taking the appropriate steps to ensure that they play their parts well by using methods such as training(considering Jace is skilled at fighting, and combat, so the it requires physical training and being healthy. clary also fights abit but is more active in the later books). also congrats to lily and jamie on their sucess! I’m sure they’ll continue to amaze us all. on a sidenote, I normally love Lily’s eyebrows, and i like the way they are now in the video, but they could be use a bit of reshaping. Thank you for posting this!

And I have to agree – while I don’t mind Lily’s thick eyebrows because she’s just so beautiful as a whole package, I do hope that they tame them at least a little bit for the Clary-part, just to give her that softer, redhead-look….
