New CLOCKWORK PRINCESS snippet featuring Gabriel

The countdown to the series finale of the internationally bestselling THE INFERNAL DEVICES is on.

Cassandra Clare shared another snippet from CLOCKWORK PRINCESS, which is due out March 19, 2013.

Gabriel would not soon forget the look that spread over the man’s face at that: there was satisfaction in it, but there was little surprise. It was clear he had expected nothing else, and nothing better, from the Lightwood boys.

  6. Based on all the snippets I’m starting to worry a bit that the book may be written from too many perspectives. Don’t get me wrong, I love the characters Cassie has come up with, they’re all unique, but since the first two were written more in the perspective of Tessa than anyone else I’ve grown closest to that character. Seeing the third written with so many POV’s would definitely detract from the overall feel, at least for me.
