Elyas M’Barek (Vampire Lieutenant) attended the 20th annual Hampton Internal Film Festival, where he is being honored as one of ’10 to Watch.’

Elyas spoke with Star Watch where he discussed playing the Vampire Lieutenant in THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS: CITY OF BONES (08.23.13).
