Lily Collins and Jamie Campbell Bower out-and-about in NYC on May 10
Our Clary and Jace, Lily Collins and Jamie Campbell Bower were spotted out-and-about in New York City on Friday, May 10.
Jamie appeared every inch the patient boyfriend as he accompanied Lily on a trip to a Steve Madden outpost for some shoe shopping.
After the retail therapy session, he graciously carried her bag of loot — and was rewarded with a kiss.
Lily, who is the daughter of Genesis frontman and solo star Phil Collins, paired her blue jeans with a taupe over-sized blazer and sandals.
Meanwhile, her boyfriend teamed his circulation-restricting pants with a V-neck T-shirt and a denim jacket.

I agree. This is a pretty solid relationship by now. Either of them could find other people pretty easily of they wanted and they seem to enjoy each other’s company. Their intimacy is quite apparent.

I heard Lily Collins was a PR couple with Taylor Lautner when they did a movie together. I really hope her and Jamie are really together tho.
by the angel, jamie looks sexy and lily goregous and they are sucha cute couple. jamie is an amazing boyfriend and lily an amazing girlfriend. they’re lucky to have each other. i’d date or hang with either if iwas lily right now, wow.or themf them and hang with both.

Unfortunately, I believe he is. Most of the young cast does. That’s the thin with British People, they do have different laws than us, so they start earlier. In a book, a teacher told British students not to drink excessively and not to smoke in their school uniforms. The thing… It was a High School!
Smoking is so nasty. Only Lily and Robert out of the young cast in TMI don’t smoke which is fine by me as they are my favourites lol!
The legal age to smoke in Britian and in Ireland is 18, the same goes for drinking.

I wasnt sure last year when they first got together, but I think it’s been so long now and they spend so much time together away from cameras and publicity, that I think they are actually genuine.

Not sure why but the date for these pics on the daily mail site is wrong. The pictures are from the 7th. There’s a fanpic from that date with Lily wearing the same outfit and Lily wasn’t even in New York on Friday. She was in Dublin for pre-production for her new movie “Love, Rosie” with Sam Claflin. The girl who plays her daughter in the movie tweeted about spending the day with her and Sam.
Yes, I agree plus his twitter TWIHS shows his travel stuff on April 10.

I too, used to wonder if this was just a PR stunt to generate more publicity for the movie (because let's face it, it worked like a charm for other YA franchises), but after seeing them with the matching tattoos, hand-in-hand at each others' promo events and traveling and dividing their time between the UK and the US, I now believe that they are in fact a real couple. I am thrilled about that because they look very comfortable, happy and relaxed together and that's what young love is all about, isn't it?! 😀

They are a couple. I know a few people who worked on set and they all said it was real. They are very affectionate on and off camera. It started even before Jamie got the role. The attraction was instant.
I’m sure they had chemistry together but I don’t think that’s true about the attraction being instant. Jamie was engaged to someone and Lily had a boyfriend when they first auditioned together for the role in 2011. They didn’t see each other again (not counting the Glamour Awards) until July last year during pre-production in Toronto when they were both single and started dating. People shouldn’t over-romanticise thier real relationship to turn them into Jace and Clary. They are real people, not characters.
I definitely think lily had a soft spot for jamie right from when they first met – she gushed about him way too much.
Dont think the ‘instant’ thing happened on jamies side though. He was definetly in love with bonnie up until early 2012 when i think their romance just fizzled due to constantly being in seperate countries.
Always thought it was more than just coincidental that jamie moved out of his and bonnies home a week or two after seeing lily again at the glamour awards though.
lissa: I don’t think it was instant for Lily either, no offence to Jamie but he is the opposite to her other boyfriends who were very hot and buff. I think Lily was doing her job by gushing about Jamie to combat the s**tstorm that came from fans after his casting and she’s a very kind person and was being nice as she clearly felt very bad for him the extremely negative fan reaction he received.
I had read Jamie moved out way before he and Bonnie announced the split. I wonder why they waited so long to admit it. It was annoying when Lily and Jamie were first seen together that some people thought he had cheated with Lily or he’d only just broken up with his ex when they had actually been over for a couple of months..
If you’re talking about taylor la whatever,he may have been buff but his buffness made him look quite ugly & bloated looking so no offense but, that’s not my defintion of ‘hot’ .*sigh not that Jamie is any better looking then taylor,not very attractive either of them..
