“The movie is going great. Just a few weeks left of our filming, and we’re all having a great time.”

“I am excited about all the scenes. I can’t choose. I’m sorry.”

“I’m having a great time with all the actors. I love directing this movie.”
On suggestion of directing INFERNAL DEVICES:
“At the moment I am concentrating on CoB, so we’ll have to see what the future brings.”
On the film’s release in Norway:
“There’s a big premiere in Fredrisktad (the city I come from). So if you get up there sometime in August next year, you might see the stars on the red carpet.”
On what was the hardest scene to film so far:
“So far I think Hotel DuMort was a pretty hard one. But it turned out great.”
On fan support:
“I am having a great time directing this movie. Thanks to all the fans, it’s even more fun.”
On the craziest thing that’s happened on set:
“So many crazy, good things have happened. I guess the craziest was some of the stunts. The actors are very good at doing them themselves.”
On bringing Cassandra Clare’s world to life on film:
“I am happy to hear you like the cast and design. We’ve worked closely with Cassandra to make sure we came close to the book.”
On the books:
“I love the books.”
On the best part about being involved with the film:
“The best part is every day when I come in the studio and see our wonderful sets.”

I love the fact that he’d told the fans that the trailer is coming out very soon. I also love that he’d also read the books too! So far so good. 🙂 Keep up the good work director. 😀
Love that he’s read the books. And that CC is actually there on the set working alongside with them. I read that when casting was going on, they actually took some feedback and suggestions from her on what kind of actress/actor to specifically cast. Like when they were casting Magnus, she told them to pick an Asian actor since Magnus is Asian and they did! So, glad to know they’re taking some info and suggestions from her! Not many studios and film crews do that with book-to-film adaptations.
And OH MY GOD! I am friggin DYING to see Godfrey Gao as Magnus!!! Seriously, that has got to be hands down the main character I am BEYOND excited to see on screen and brought to life!!! Hope we get that teaser trailer soon all all our basic characters in it! As long as we get Clary, Jace, Simon, Isabelle, Alec and, of course, Magnus…I am content. 🙂

I think Adam Lambert should of play Magnus… Hes absolutely perfect for the role. Lots of people feel disappointed it wasn’t him. Everyone thought that it was going ot be Adam.
Ew no way Magnus is and always will be Asian so Godfrey Gao is more than perfect
Coming from someone who has read the books and loves the series,…I think you need a recast..nothing personal against the actors. But they do NOT fit the image you get of the characters at ALL. I’m extremely disappointed in the casting and to me that makes me not even want to see the movie. I’ll just keep reading the books and keep my own version of the characters in my head. LOL

i thought you would have picked some one broader for alec and someone cuter for jace but its okay cant wait to see the movie 🙂 Hope magnus’s actor fits his charcter and discription.
I also was really hoping you guys would of casted alex pettyfer for the role of jace. For some reason verytime i thought of jace i saw someone similiar to alex ppatyyfer.
