      • The event is not ticketed as far as I’ve heard. (The Mall doesn’t usually ticket events but will sometimes wristband events for X number of people if there is a huge turnout – which means you’ll want to get there early.)

I’ll tell you what I know at the moment – Doors open at 6 am on the East Side of the mall and then people will be allowed to line up inside. The malls normal hours of operation on a Sunday start at 11AM. However, some restaurants/fast food open a bit earlier for “mall walkers” and employees.

If you are planning on coming for the weekend from out of town and want to get some shopping in please be aware that Friday and Saturday nights there is an escort policy that anyone under 16 has to be accompanied by someone over the age of 21 after 4PM. The security guards do enforce this, don’t want anyone to get kicked out. :)

    • So I heard people were going to camp in line for this? Approximately how many people are they expecting? I really don’t want to wait in line over night.

      • I talked with the Events director and he said its unlikely people will camp out buy if they do, the mall will be ready. It was a guesstimate he told me. Hope this helps!

      • I talked to the event director as well and I was told that while camping out is discouraged (they really don’t want you to do it) they will generally not turn anyone away that wants to camp out. I didn’t ask for a count of people but I would expect they are expecting a decent turn out.. so the earlier you arrive the better. The wristbands will not be handed out until 11AM and line-up in the mall starts at 6AM so if you come before that you will probably be stuck in line outside.

  2. Ok, I live in Texas and normally with things like this, they come here to Dallas for the promo mall tour… But I can’t find the dates or if they are even coming to Texas, I guess my question is if you know where I can find the schedual or dates or anything to find out of they are coming here? Or if you know anything can you please get back to me? If it is coming here, I am taking a bunch of my friends, and I just really don’t wanna let them down… Please help??

  3. Was a great event! The cast was extremely personable and the event was relatively well run. Worth spending the night on the sidewalk for my teens!
