Why the last one says who said that (Clary, city of lost souls) whereas they others don’t? Also, I think that was something Tessa said.

You’re right. Tessa does say something around those lines in Clockwork Angel. And It says that Clary said that because it’s a direct quote. The first one is a direct quote also but that has two people talking and you can tell who’s who
