Freeform has unveiled a synopsis for episode 1×12 of Shadowhunters titled “Malec,” which airs Tuesday, March 29, and finds Jace and Clary struggling with a revelation and Magnus tracking down Ragnor Fell.
Struggling with the revelation of their shared pasts, Jace and Clary avoid close contact while working with Magnus to track down warlock Ragnor Fell, who may hold the key to waking up the comatose Jocelyn.
Shadowhunters airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on Freeform.

So I guess they are going the sibblings way, but that would be short lived angst if they wake up Jocelyn since she knows the true. But I hope this episode is truly about Malec.
Not necessarily, In fact it would be a good change. Let´s say Valentine never tells Jocelyn the truth so she wakes up and believes that Jace is her son. It would be interesting, especially for Jace: he will have to deal with the feelings he has for Clary and with a mother he thought was dead and, perhaps, does not like/love him. (Jocelyn was afraid of Johnathan, she could feel the evil inside him)
Problem: Jocelyn would need to have never met Jonathan to do that, plus mothers tend to instinctively know when someone’s their child.
When Jonathan was born, jocelyn said she held the baby in her arms and could feel the evil in him. And no mothers do not instinctively know their children, especially when she hasn’t seen them in 16+ years from when they were a baby.
