  1. I can’t wait. Did Alec choose to marry Lydia or be with Magnus? All kinds of things could happen in this episode.

    • Well, as they said he has to deal with the aftermath of his choice, choosing Lydia wouldn’t have much of an aftermath , because as of now, he’s chosen her. But choosing Magnus leaves him with a wasted planned marriage, family anger, Clave anger, etc. I’m sure he goes with Magnus – heck, the episode is called Malec! =P

      • It could…. but on the other hand marrying Lydia does have and aftermath. It could be that Alec realizes during the episode that he wants Magnus and yet, he still choses to marry Lydia. Before Alec ignores his own feelings, but now he would be aware of them and have to deal with the weight of his choice: Being with somene he may like a little but not in a romantic way while hidding not only who he really is his feelings (again), but trying to repress them. And this time would be even worse because before it was somthing he thought was real (he in love with Jace) and now he would be feeling for real, how is to be really in love with someone and not being able to be by his side. Of course is just a theory. And of course the whole fandom would go nuts if that happen. So let´s hope in the end he chooses magnus. 🙂

      • We can only hope for the best.

    • Have you read the books ???

  2. I am about to die waiting! I so hope he chose Magnus!!!

    • Me too! Episode 12 is called Malec for a reason. Guess we’ll have to keep our fingers crossed. But if it does happen, it is going to be beautiful and Lovely. And the fandom will probably lose their freaking mind.

  3. lumross I read somewhere that Lydia is supposed to have her redemption in episode 12. So maybe he doesn’t marry Lydia. But like you said, we’ll just have to see. I still hope we get Malec officially.

  4. If you read the books you’d know this tv series does not follow the same storyline. They blend and morph some characters and speed ahead due to timing issues with tv. It’s not perfect
But you have to allow for minor changes in order for non-readers to catch on. I’ve enjoyed all
The episodes and can’t wait til season two.
