THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS: CITY OF BONES begins filming in one week

Fans rejoice!

The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones begins filming on August 20, which is exactly one week from today!

The original date thrown around was August 15, but in the past couple of months August 20 has also been mentioned and there was some confusion as to exactly when filming would begin.

Exectuive producer Martin Moszkowicz confirmed that principal photography will begin next Monday, August 20.

Some of the cast are in or have made stops in Toronto for prep. Not all cast members will be in Toronto at the same time for the same length, as it depends on their shooting schedule.
