CITY OF BONES nominated for ‘Most Anticipated 2013 Summer Movie’
Filming on THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS: CITY OF BONES only started last week, but the hype for the film adaptation of Cassandra Clare’s internationally bestselling novel has already been big.
The theatrical release is less than a year away (August 23, 2013), but THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS: CITY OF BONES is already garnering recognition as one of next summer’s most anticipated releases.
THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS: CITY OF BONES has been nominated for ‘Most Anticipated 2013 Summer Movie’ by Next Movie.
Other nominees include IRON MAN 3, MAN OF STEEL, PACIFIC RIM, STAR TREK 2 and WORLD WAR Z. That’s not bad company to be in.

We will so beat every other movie on that list, and prove in one way that they need to make all the other books into movies now, cause the fan base is here, has been from the start.
These silly internet polls don’t really mean anything. A strong interent base doesn’t mean the film will be a success. I’m a fan but you’ve got to be delusional if you think this film is more anticipated than Iron man, Star Trek or a list without the next Fast and Furios or The Hangover movies which also come out next summer and both made over half a billion world wide is valid.
I see your point but you can’t underestimate the power of information sharing. Public forums spark interest more people will read the books and the interest in the movie grows. Look how massive Harry potter was without all the Internet support. It doesnt really matter anyway , it will be a great movie of a great book and will be so loved by all TMI fans. It will eclipse the twilight series and shod willing the movie will be much better represented than those books were I like most of those other movies too so looking forward to next year
I get what you are saying. But, some of the movies that you said aren’t on that list or even have a slated date that they will be released for us to go and see at this time. Well, if this poll is right or not only time will tell as the months go by leading up to all of these movie’s being released for us to see.
