TMI Set Day 8 Recap: Hotel Dumort comes alive

The second week of filming on THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS: CITY OF BONES continued on Wednesday with filming at Hotel Dumort (or how it is known to mundies: The Royal Connaught Hotel).

Lily Collins, Jamie Campbell Bower, Robert Sheehan, Kevin Zegers, Jemima West and Elyas M’Barek were all on set. While not as many fans populated Hamilton as they have downtown Toronto, a few fans made it out to Hamilton to watch prep on Hotel Dumort filming.

CITY OF BONES nominated for ‘Most Anticipated 2013 Summer Movie’

Filming on THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS: CITY OF BONES only started last week, but the hype for the film adaptation of Cassandra Clare’s internationally bestselling novel has already been big.

The theatrical release is less than a year away (August 23, 2013), but THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS: CITY OF BONES is already garnering recognition as one of next summer’s most anticipated releases.

THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS: CITY OF BONES has been nominated for ‘Most Anticipated 2013 Summer Movie’ by Next Movie.

Other nominees include IRON MAN 3, MAN OF STEEL, PACIFIC RIM, STAR TREK 2 and WORLD WAR Z. That’s not bad company to be in.
