Unlock the first chapter in the CLOCKWORK PRINCESS chapter reveal
With exactly three weeks to go until Clockwork Princess is released, fans are getting even more anxious for the conclusion to the international best-selling The Infernal Devices, which will be released on March 19.
Simon & Schuster is holding a Clockwork Princess chapter reveal in which the first chapter of the final installment is revealed word by word.
For every tweet using the #ClockworkPrincess hashtag, one word from Chapter 1 will be revealed.
Roughly 500,000 tweets are needed to unlock the full 5,464-word chapter.

Simon & Schuster used a similar tactic last July when they unveiled the Clockwork Princess cover.

I honestly think that Tessa and Jem might get married in CP2. I’m currently reading the first chapter (as it is slowly revealed) and I’m getting a small (very small) feeling that Jem and Tessa will get married.
Or maybe before Tessa or Jem can say ‘I do,’ something will happen to stop or stall their wedding.
But, in truth, I think they might get married, and I’ll be very disappointed if that does happen, because I want Will to actually have a chance, as I love Will far more than Jem. Now please, don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love Jem, but I love Will much more.
In the synopsis, it clearly states that both boys have ‘equal’ claim to Tessa’s heart, so it would be very disappointing if she gets claimed in the first few chapters of the book.
Although I highly doubt that will happen (Tessa and Jem getting married in the first few chapter,) it’s very possible, after all, this is Cassandra Clare, and she is full of surprises.
I’m just so confused right now, I’m getting mixed emotions.
I think there a 60-40% chance. 60% is Tessa and Jem not getting married and 40% is them actually getting married.
What do you all think?
I agree with you 110%. I’d hate to have Jme and Tessa getting married in the first few chapters or, more likely, at all. I do like Jem, though, but I’m with you on liking Will a smidghe more.

This is a cool idea. But personally, I like to wait for the book to finally come out before reading chapters. However, I DO enjoy what Cassie gives us 🙂
i love will, tessa and jem and all the characters except mortmain woh is a good villian. i love tessa’s wedding dress but I feel like she’s making a mistake and she’s meant for will. she loves both of them but I didn’t know if she’s in love with jem. oh and i’m loving cecily so far. it’s cool that we get to see some of her perspective. and this is a cool idea! i’ll keep checking back every so often!
of course, they could also be get married but like rita said, they could get stalled, or tessa decides it ‘s not a good idea or will decides to be honset with jem…
I want to meet charlotte and henry’s baby. I’m so excited to meet him or her but I’m more excited to know what Tessa actually is. CAN’T MARCH 19 COME ANY FASTER!!!

I already read everything and I really ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! So much is happening already and it is only the first chapter. WHY CAN’T IT BE OUT ALREADY!!! Oh and based on what’s happening I totally ship gabriel and cecily since I think that cecily will bring out the goodness in gabriel and help him realize that his father is evil and also they both have something in common which is, both of their brothers abandoned them (but for different reasons of course)
