Looks like he is back to his body type before he had to bulk up for the role of Jace. He will have to bulk up again before they start to film City of Ashes. I noticed the nose ring in several recent pictures. He always wears skinny jeans and that makes him look skinny also. But he is adorable.
I hate the term “bulk up”, by the way.
In answer to some comments above Jamie has a very personal sense of style and a very specific physique…
As long as he is healthy and happy we should all be cool with it or at least respect it-nose ring, slenderness and all…

Bless , I like Jamie and i always put personality over looks ,but he did loose to much weigh. Its to fat, just right and to skinny and he was just right in Camelot but now on every picture he look like he lost more , maybe its just photos . I want him to be healthy and happy too 🙂
