New information about new SHADOWHUNTER CHRONICLES series ‘TWP’
With a little guessing from fans, the title of Cassandra Clare’s planned fifth Shadowhunter Chronicles series, which previously was known as TWP, might have been revealed.

Sounds like that title might be The Wicked Powers.
TWP is set to take place three years after the final book in The Dark Artifices, whose first installment Lady Midnight is set for a 2015 release.

Here’s what we know so far:
- The series name is derived from a Shadowhunter children’s rhyme (City of Heavenly Fire snippet): “And bronze to summon wicked powers.”
- The series takes place three years after The Dark Artifices ends
- Centers around two of the younger Blackthorns in The Dark Artifices
- The series would be published after TLH
The current publication order for each series is as follows: The Mortal Instruments, The Infernal Devices, The Dark Artifices, TLH and The Wicked Powers.

Cool! I have a feeling that the next shadowhunter chronicles will be the decents of TMI because I’m starting to see a pattern in series Cassandra clare writes. For example, TLH is based on the descents of TID. I really hope that my theory is true, I’d would really like to see how the descents look and resemble in personalitly and in appearance.

It’s kind of a lot, I mean I LOVE the shadowhunter world but eventually you can’t be excited anymore. I’ll still read them, but…
I had thought it could mean The Wicked Powers!! Seriously, it was the first thing I thought it would be! I was CORRECT!
I love how there are so many books!!!!! Its like heaven 🙂 it is just sad to think by the time the wicked powers come out I will be in my 20s

I actually do agree with you on that when I found about it yesterday I was like, “Wait that doe not really sound like Clare.” But all right hehe.
TWP will focus on Octavius and Ariadne Blackthorn since they are the two youngest Blackthorn children in the family.
There is not another series as interesting as tmi or clockwork series…I love all characters with a passion. I will hate the very last books which is all I need in both series. Magnus is probably my fav…and then I also love Will Herondale too..so thanks Cassandra! keep writing…;)
i agree but I think she should finish it well and properly and just quietly I LOVE WILL HERONDALE AND MAGNUS BANE . . . . im normal.
