‘THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS’ tops the New York Times best sellers series list for second straight week

After claiming the top spot last week on the New York Times best sellers series list, The Mortal Instruments has once again topped the list for the week of July 21.

The Mortal Instruments continued to hold off The Hunger Games, which frequents the top spot. The Mortal Instruments has now been on the New York Times Best Sellers list for 95 straight weeks.

Congrats to Cassandra Clare!

why is it under the children series though, is that how they classify young adult series?

  The Children Series encompasses the Young Adult series that have 3 or more books. If a series has any less it’s listed on the Young Adult list
