The LA premiere is at The Cinerama Dome; 6360 West Sunset Blvd. Hollywood. It is August 12 at 7:30 pm.
Any information about how the Los Angeles premier will be handled its only a week away? 🙂
WTF!!! I just went on Fandango to buy what I thought would be midnight movie tickets for the 21st and there is NO MIDNIGHT RELEASE!!!! I’m in Connecticut. Is anyone else having this problem?!
You’re totally not alone!!! I’m in Southern California, and I’ve been spam checking fandango and the Regal Cinema Facebook page for news of a midnight release. And (I don’t know what theater you’re looking at, but…) I know Regal Cinemas don’t have a midnight premiere planned at this time, but that could change in the next week or so….KEEPING MY FINGERS CROSSED~!

So, I’m gathering, or trying to gather that the LA premiere will be at Arclight. But no one has confirmed anything. This is pure speculation.
Yes Maximo TV tweeted that they were covering the premier and that it was going to be at the Arclight. But like you said no confirmation or official announcement.
Do you happen to have a link to the tweet that mentions Arclight? Just curious. I’m trying to find out where the premiere is because I’d like to go.
The premiere IS on Monday the 12 at the Aclight in Hollywood no word on wether or not fans will be allowed in to see the film. I hope so since no passes have been posted for the screening. Hope they handle it like the The host premiere where fans had a place on the carpet and where allowed to attend the screening with the cast.
