New ‘Shadowhunters’ Promotional Photo Featuring the Cast
Following Katherine McNamara’s exciting Twitter Q & A, the official Shadowhunters website released the first promotional photo for the show featuring the main cast (minus Simon) costumed and in character.
You can also read a recap of Kat’s Twitter Q & A over at Shadowhunters TV!
What do you think of the photo? Sound off in the comments!
Shadowhunters premieres in early 2016 on ABC Family.
What is Isabelle wearing? It looks Gatsby/Wild West inspired.
I could never imagine her wearing that.
WHERE’S SIMON BABY??????? BUT I LOVE IT!!! ^_^
Why is Clary wearing that? It doesn’t look like something Clary would wear…..unless Isabelle forced her into it.
It looks like the outfit isabelle insisted she borrow for magnus’ party
too short dresses, low cut tops… it’s so sad that female characters are sexualized in so many shows. Especially shows that are targeted to young girls. Aged the characters up… I guess we see why now. Shame on you McG…
its for Magnus’s party relax !
These are definitely something that Izzy would own/wear. When she gave Clary a dress to wear to the party Magnus was throwing, it described as very short and on Izzy it was more of a shirt. McG and the rest of the production team are doing a wonderful job bringing CoB to life.
Awesome!
Very cool picture! but doesn’t it seem rather odd that there’s a large lamp right in the foreground? Unless they’re trying to give Magnus a florescent halo… 🙂
Love love love this! Everyone looks gorgeous. This is from magnus’s party right? Cause that’s what clary wore I think. I am missing Simon in this photo, but Malec looking fantastic makes ip for it. (sorry, otp comes first) so psyched for the show!
You all look absolutely fabulous!!! Can’t wait to see you all in action!!
It is so wrong. In the book Clary is about to turn 16. It pisses me off that you have to put together and older cast so the characters can have sex. Clary and Jace don’t have sex until the last book. Shame on you producers and shame on Cassandra Clare for allowing this to happen to her characters. It is to sexualised.
