Since Shadowhunters started production back in May, we have impatiently waited for more than a few seconds of footage that were kindly posted by executive producer McG, and Shadowhunters TV’s Snapchat has just shared its very first promo! I dunno… I actually wasn’t excited about this show to begin with, but it has since grown on me and I really like the cast so I can’t wait for it to come out but this promo was just so ABC Family. I wish it would have been darker and more serious, it seemed fluffy and overdone but I think that’s just the promo and not how the show will be, regardless I’m really excited about it. I just hope they don’t go to light and fluffy

ok so I’ll just get this out of the way now, the T.V. show will be nothing like the books. And this is the part where people will start to say ‘this is going be a complete disappointment’. I can’t speak for everyone when I say this, but I don’t think the T.V. show will suck. the promo looks very promising. And hey maybe I’m wrong, and the show will follow some plot in the books, but we can still expect to see some major changes. it doesn’t matter though because I for one will still be tuning in and watching it.
I realized one thing I’m really looking forward to is Simon’s silly shirts
