‘Shadowhunters’ Nominated for Best New Fandom at MTV Fandom Awards
Can Shadowhunters best the phenomenon that is Hamilton?
On Wednesday, MTV announced the nominees for its MTV Fandom Awards that will held during San Diego Comic-Con in July.
Shadowhunters was nominated for Best New Fandom alongside some other pretty amazing fandoms.
Regardless of who wins what a sensational group of nominees!

A major category that has yet to be announced is the coveted Ship of the Year, which was won by Arrow‘s Olicity last year. That should be coming within the next week. Perhaps Shadowhunters will nab a nomination?
Shadowhunters won’t be in attendance at SDCC due to production on the show’s second season.
The MTV Fandom Awards will be held/taped on Thursday, July 21 and air Sunday, July 24.
