So much is going on in this short snippet!
- Why is Catarina talking to Cristina?
- Where is Emma?
- What happened ‘last night’?

Emma is most likely in Fairie. I think TDA cast is going to spend most of the book split up (which must have been super hard to write and balance…kudos to Cassie for excellent pacing I have no doubt).
Last night has to have something to do with Kierarktina. I was skeptical about the poly angle initially. I didn’t think Cassie would do another semi-poly relationship but now I’m not so sure. I was ok with Mark ending up with either Cristina or Kieran. I really warmed to Kieran in LOS and after the short Cassie released. So I’m guessing ‘last night’ has something to do with that. Also, I’d rather something romantically angsty than something sad happening.
Finally. I have no idea what’s going on with Catarina. I have a feeling she’s trying to warn Cristina about something via a magical projection of herself and gets interrupted by something on the physical plane.
Hoo boy can’t wait to find out when Cristina sees Mark naked. I don’t think it’ll be sex but I expect it to be hilariously good.
