Happy release day to ‘Every Exquisite Thing’
Another month, another short story by Cassandra Clare and one of her author friends. Today it’s time to wish Cassie and Maureen Johnson a happy release day because Every Exquisite Thing is now available wherever ebooks are sold! 😀
The third installment of Ghosts of the Shadow Market once again takes place in the early 1900s and we finally meet James and Lucie Herondale’s cousin Anna (I’m not counting little Anna from The Whitechapel Fiend).
Anna Lightwood, eldest child of Gabriel and Cecily, is mad, bad and dangerously dapper. Every rake has an origin story, though: now under Brother Zachariah’s eye we see Anna’s doomed love story unfold. (x)
You can read a short snippet below:
Anna is a genderqueer character so the release of Every Exquisite Thing during Pride Month is just perfect. I think Anna’s absolutely charming – as I expected her to be from previous The Last Hours snippets – and I liked her so much in this installment. I truly hope that Cassie’s LGBTQ* readers are going to love Anna and her story ❤
You don’t actually need an ebook reader, Kindle or Nook to read Every Exquisite Thing. If you have an Amazon account, you can download the free Kindle Reading Apps for smartphones, computers or tablets.
Amazon US/Amazon UK/Amazon Germany/Amazon Canada/Amazon France/Amazon Spain/Amazon Italy/Amazon Australia/Amazon India
If you are more of an audiobook fan, you can listen to actress Lara Pulver while she narrates Anna’s story.
When all the ebooks are published, the book with two additional stories will be released in print format (just like The Bane Chronicles and Tales from the Shadowhunter Academy).
Learn About Loss – Ghosts of the Shadow Market #4 – is released on July 10.
