Your Guide to Cassandra Clare at BookCon 2019

It’s BookCon week, which means that our excitement level is over the top!

Cassandra Clare will be at BookCon on Saturday, June 1 and Sunday, June 2, where she’ll be promoting all things Shadowhunter Chronicles! And there will of course be goodies all weekend!

From panels to signings to cool swag, here’s everything you need to know about Cassandra Clare at BookCon:

Cassie will be appearing both Saturday, June 1 and Sunday, June 2, which will include everything from signings to panels. So if you’re attending BookCon, make sure you make it out to see Cassie!

On Saturday, Cassie Clare will be appearing at a Riveted by Simon Teen: Books for Breakfast event from 8:30-10:00.

This is a special ticketed event where fans will get a chance to meet with Cassie, as well as Jenny Han, Sandhya Menon, Brittney Morris, S.K. Ali, and Margaret Rogerson. There will also be exclusive ARCs and swag galore!

Also on Saturday, Cassie Clare will have a panel at the main stage from 11:00-12:00.

The panel, which we’ll livestream on our Twitter and later post here, will be moderated by Entertainment Weekly’s David Canfield. Fans will have a chance to ask Cassie questions, and hopefully we’ll get some juicy nuggets about the upcoming Chain of Gold.

Immediately following that on Saturday, Cassie Clare will have a ticketed book signing from 12:15-2:15.

This a ticketed event that also requires a purchase of one of Cassie’s books. She will be signing at Autographing Table 1.

To conclude Saturday, Cassie Clare will join another panel — this one an Epic YA Panel from 3:30-4:30.

This panel will also be at the Main Stage and will feature Cassie, as well as three other authors: Tomi Adeyemi (Children of Blood and Bone), Jason Reynolds (Long Way Down) and Julie Murphy (Dumplin).

On Sunday, Cassie will be stopping by the Topatoco Booth, where she’ll be participating in a signing at 12:00.

Wristbands will drop Sunday morning at 10am, and they are available with purchase of a book quote journal at the booth, which can then be signed by Cassie.

You can also purchase some fabulous merch throughout BookCon at the booth, including Shadowhunter tarot decks, a soft book quote scarf and affordable Vivianne Hebel designed/Cassie Clare approved family rings, Parabatai bracelets and tons of rune charms.
