Cassandra Clare shares new ‘Chain of Iron’ snippets

Happy birthday, Mister William Herondale! If you have been with TMI Source for the past 9.5 years you might have noticed that we love a certain Welshman from Cassandra Clare’s The Infernal Devices. Thanks to the 10th anniversary edition of Clockwork Angel, we do know Will’s birthday so it’s only right to celebrate him a little bit. Cassie seemed to agree because she shared a Chain of Iron snippet that featured the man of the day and his lovely wife.

When she tilted her head up and brushed his lips with hers, he cupped her face in his hands. So many years, he thought, and each kiss was new as the break of day.
Tessa let her book fall to the floor, her hands rising to grip the front of Will’s shirt. He was just thinking that his night was markedly improving when their reverie was broken by a sudden shriek of horror.

Aw! ❤ I wonder who interrupted them, though. How rude! 😉
