Lily Collins, Jamie Campbell Bower currently stunt training for THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS: CITY OF BONES
With filming on The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones set to get underway in about a week, pre-production is in full swing and soon the actors and crew will make their way to Toronto for the start of production.
According to tweets from stuntman Alain Moussi, Lily Collins (Clary) and Jamie Campbell Bower are undergoing stunt training with On Set Stunts, led by stunt coordinator Jean Frenette.
And it looks like our Clary and Jace are kicking some butt.
The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones begins filming around August 15 and is slated for an August 23, 2013 theatrical release in the U.S.

@WILL/JEM: Why would they do all their own stunts? It’s much too dnagerous. They are actors not stunt people. That’s what the stunt people are there for!
Anyway no celebrities do all their own stunts (despite what publicity tell you). Insurance comapanies won’t allow it.
Forgot to say it’s so awesome that Lily as training as Clary. Hopefully that means she will get some action during fights. I hated how usesless Clary was in the fights in City of Bones. Even Simon was more useful than her. We need more female heroines that are kickass like Katniss.
Its not dangerous at all! Haven’t you watched Inception all of them did their own stunts even the girl!!!!
and why would you say even the girl? are girls normally incapable of stunts? really!!! but agree with you, it isn’t particularly dangerous, i mean they have invisible wires on them and mattresses everywhere and safe things like that
well jamie has said he wants to try and do as many of his own stunts as is possible. I guess hes had stunt training before on camelot though and sword fighting training
