Katie, our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest winner, once again channeled heroine Clary Fray in this latest photo.

Katie is known for her great detail, including getting the exact type of clothing that Lily Collins wore in THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS: CITY OF BONES.
