i freaked out! it was the best trailer ever! fave parts (among many) you have a amazing gift clary. we need you. i need you. and the greenhouse scene! and when simon said: the werewolves are coming to save us. never thought i’d hear myself say that and when clary kicked valentine! the whole trailer us awesome! the whole acast is amazing! they did a great job! my most anitpcated movie of this year and the summer!

I actually liked the teaser trailer more. Really, with the teaser trailer I was “WOW”… With this one I didn’t really like the background music and it didn’t offer anything new (imho). Anyway, it is not a bad trailer and it actually shows that the argument is faithfull to the book. Loved Robert Sheehan playing Simon, have my doubts about Kevin Zegers as Alec. Really pissed because they only showed a second of Magnus and because I didn’t see any Silent Brothers around.
So did I. The teaser somehow managed to hold it all together better. I love all about TMI, but I wanted to convince my friends that this is the big thing, and sadly failed with the full trailer.
omg same! I’ve been trying for ages to get my friends to read this series, and now I’m trying even harder to get them more interested in the book by showing them the movie trailers, but I don’t think they were really that impressed..

I thought that the music did get a little odd in the middle of it, but the rest looks FANTASTIC! I am going to have a heart attack before August even comes AND, I am still waiting for the Catching Fire trailer! (major fan of both series)

I am a 36 year old woman and I am geeking out for this movie! I have read all the books from both series so far and have such higher hopes for this as a movie than any other book to movie series in current times. I can’t wait!

I don’t think its weird or different that older people are obsessed with TMI and TID because they’re just so good! My mum is also just as obsessed as I am with these series 🙂

I have just got to say that I truly LOVED this movie! I was so happy to finally see it today. I noticed that some of the scenes are not like the ones in the book and frankly I’m okay with it. I know that whenever a book series is turned into a movie, it is sometimes differently than it was originally. Everyone thinks that it will be bad, but I know that this director and Cassandra Clare will make this movie awesome for the audience! (especially the ones who read each book from the series10 times) I am so excited for the movie! (by the way Jamie campbell bower looks TOTALLY HOT in the movie trailer and he is perfect for this character!!!

I completely LOVED everything about the trailer and the WHOLE cast is freaking amazing!! One thing I found odd, though, is that the promotional poster (the one with Jace’s and Clary’s faces side by side) is different from the ones where their faces are by themselves (although it’s the same image)…they changed Jamie’s eye color from blue to hazel/gold-ish…Did anyone else notice this? I’m not sure if I want Jace’s eyes to be gold anymore!! Jamie’s brilliant blue eyes were breathtaking in the trailer!!! I was utterly mesmerized by them ^_^
I definitely noticed issues with the eye colors. Also, in this trailer when they Jace and Clary are with Dorthea, there is a pretty close shot of Jamie, and his eyes look brown/goldish. They keep changing the eye color, but I guess we will have to wait until the movie to see what they decided to go with! 🙂
Yes I also noticed the change of eye color. I love Jamie and I love his gorgeous blue eyes. I really don’t mind what color his eyes end up being. I just totally love Jamie!!!
