I know everyone is incredibly excited about the casting announcement that Dominic Sherwood is going to play our beloved Jace but today is also about Simon Lewis because it is the release day of The Whitechapel Fiend!

The third installment of Tales from the Shadowhunter Academy was co-written by Cassandra Clare and Maureen Johnson.

Here is the description and a short snippet:

There are two guest teachers this week, and—just Simon’s luck—they’re both Herondales. When Jace teaches a class at the Academy, warlock Tessa visits to share the true story of the Jack the Ripper murders.

Happy reading, Shadowhunters!

The next ebook – Nothing but Shadows – will be released on May 19. You can read a snippet from it here.

You don’t actually need an iPad, Kindle or Nook to read The Whitechapel Fiend. If you have an Amazon account, you can download the free Kindle Reading Apps for smartphones, computers or tablets.

Amazon US/Amazon UK/Amazon Germany/Amazon Canada/Amazon France/Amazon Spain/Amazon Italy/Amazon Australia/Amazon Brasil/Amazon India/Amazon Japan/Amazon China

When all the ebooks are published, the book will be released in print format (just like the Bane Chronicles).

  1. Oh my god I love will so much!!!

  3. It says Alec doesn’t like Simon. But he really does right? Even did in cohf. And would all the more now. Since it’s because of Simon Magnus is alive. Or else Magnus would have to give his immortality.

    • No, I think that´s something that´s going to be revealed in future SA installments. In CoHF they pretty much became friends, you´re right. There seems to have happened something between Alec and Simon, I don´t know, and now Alec´s kind of pissed at him for some reason. I hope we´ll soon find out what it is.
