‘Shadowhunter Chronicles’ calendar: Will Herondale is Mister March
Cassandra Clare and Cassandra Jean are collaborating on a calendar which will feature the male characters from The Mortal Instruments, The Infernal Devices, The Dark Artifices and TLH. Jem was Mister January and Alec and Magnus were featured for the month February. Today Cassie shared the next calendar boy: WIll Herondale for March.

Is anyone else wondering why Will is wearing modern clothes, Jem I understood due to the epilogue but Will I don’t get. And why is he on a fire escape? Will would be more associated with London or Wales and correct me if I’m wrong but when I think fire escapes I think more America or New York. Hmmmm……
Not unusual for Victorian gentlemen to wear suspenders, FYI. I think him being on a fire escape is perfect!
Yes I agree, this clothes are way too modern. He should be dressed in Victorian Gentlemen’s wear. True, Victorians did wear suspenders to keep their pants up (because apparently they didn’t wear belts then, or so I’ve heard) but everything else he is wearing in this sketch isn’t correct for that time period in the slightest.
