TMI Movie Facebook page launches
The folks at Sony Pictures and Constantin Film launched the official MORTAL INSTRUMENTS movie Facebook page last week in honor of the one-year mark before CITY OF BONES hits theaters.
According to Cassandra Clare, “the page will “feature milestones in the filmmaking process, backstory on the books and the writing of them, exclusive on-set photos, videos of the actors, interviews, production info, and all kinds of cool things. Like one day there will be a teaser trailer up there. It’s kind of mindblowing.”

Jessica Postigo was on the set of THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS: CITY OF BONES for a couple of days, where she spoke with fans. One of the things she revealed, as well as Tweeted, was news that she was about to begin writing the screenplay for THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS: CITY OF ASHES, the sequel for CITY OF BONES.
Future movies in THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS franchise depends on the success of CITY OF BONES, but it looks like Sony Pictures is wasting no time when it comes to the script for the sequel.
